I received stellar customer service from Carson Cars in Lynnwood, WA and wanted to take the time to post my experience. I purchased a Town and Country minivan for a very competitive price. The car was in mint condition and I found the salesmen very helpful and not at all pushy. This is a family business with alot of years of experience and it shows. I dealt with several employees there (the owner down to the lot person who washed and detailed my car) and it seemed like everyone was willing to bend over backwards to make my buying experience a good one. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a used car!!

These guys were great. I had been looking at other lots but I saw a car on their webpage and went to look at it. But I am super picky! I wanted the perfect car and of course the perfect price. And they had ALOT of cars to look at.......
I picked a super cute Audi and fell in love with it!!! The sales guy who helped me was really laidback and funny. I bought it 6 months ago and I have never had a problem with it. I am on here to get the address 'cause I am sending my girlfriend to them!

Even after the sale, they were helpful; I got rear ended 6 days after I bought my car. They helped me handle the insurance company/bodyshop/loaner car.... They REALLY are GREAT!!

These guys are FUN. I never thought I would have a GOOD experience when buying a used car! NO PRESSURE and LOTS of choices... They got me a great Honda with the best financing(and my credit is not what you would call 'stellar'). I have recommended alot of people to Carson Cars & everybody says the same things.... They ROCK!
