After multiple lots, we landed at Carsons Cars. Ed came out and followed us, didn't push us, was just legitimately trying to help us find something within our list of wishes. After opening and getting the keys for 6 cars and pulling details on so many more than that, we ended up with a car! Which was the goal. Robert, the manager, was there once we went in, to make sure we were going to get our best options Fina cially, Scott made the paperwork so easy and explained everything along the way and made sure we got our copies of everything. Rene made sure the car was actually ready to leave the lot, tested the battery and installed a new one, made sure the car was clean, topped off fluids, anything we had in question he looked at it for us.
